Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced leader to drive large-scale electrical and multidisciplinary construction projects in Singapore. The role covers strategic direction, financial oversight, and senior stakeholder management, ensuring projects meet quality, schedule and commercial targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 7+ years in the field, and a PE qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• PE qualification or relevant professional status preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical design, engineering and project delivery.
• Experience in mission-critical, utility, industrial, infrastructure or airport projects.
• Willing to be on 24/7 standby when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, financial and operational leadership for large-scale electrical and multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Oversee a major electrical project from planning through to final handover.
• Align project objectives with profitability targets and growth strategies.
• Lead high-level resource planning including manpower, equipment and subcontractors.
• Act as senior escalation point for clients and authorities, ensuring governance and EHS compliance.
