RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Singapore to lead large-scale M&E projects from scope to handover.

You will coordinate on-site activities, manage timelines, control costs, and ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, main contractors, consultants and authorities, driving successful testing, commissioning and documentation while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in Electrical Systems.

Responsabilités

• Define project scopes, set deliverable goals, and build detailed timelines using Primavera/Revit or project management software.
• Prepare initial estimates, track project expenditures, manage variation orders (VO), and control financial performance to prevent overruns.
• Oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and monitor planned versus actual progress.
• Ensure all electrical systems (LV/HV switchgear, power distribution, ELV systems) meet local building codes and industry standards.
• Lead testing, commissioning and handover of electrical installations, including as-built drawings and operation manuals.
• Enforce on-site safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and establish contingency plans for bottlenecks.
• Act as primary link between clients, main contractors, consultants and regulatory authorities.

Formation

Our Client, is a Singapore-based engineering company providing integrated mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering solution, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Electrical Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define project scopes, set deliverable goals, and build detailed timelines using tools like Primavera/Revit or project management software.
• Prepare initial estimates, track project expenditures, manage variation orders (VO), and control financial performance to prevent overruns.
• Oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and monitor planned versus actual progress.
• Ensure all electrical systems (such as LV/HV switchgear, power distribution, and ELV systems) adhere to local building codes, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead the testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical installations, including as-built drawings and operation manual.
• Enforce strict on-site safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and establish contingency plans for site bottlenecks.
• Act as the primary link between clients, main contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
