RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an Electrical Project Manager in Singapore to lead diverse M&E projects from scope definition to handover. You will plan timelines, estimate costs, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities. On-site leadership, safety, and quality are key.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years in electrical systems, capable of managing complex installations and ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in Electrical Systems.
• Experience with large-scale electrical installations and project coordination.

Responsabilités

• Define project scopes, deliverables and timelines using Primavera/Revit or PM software.
• Prepare initial estimates, track expenditures, manage variation orders and control costs.
• Oversee on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors and vendors; monitor progress.
• Ensure LV/HV switchgear, power distribution and ELV systems meet codes and standards.
• Lead testing, commissioning and handover; produce as-built drawings and operating manuals.
• Enforce on-site safety protocols; conduct risk assessments and contingency planning.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, main contractors, consultants and authorities.

Our Client, is a Singapore-based engineering company providing integrated mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering solution, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Electrical Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define project scopes, set deliverable goals, and build detailed timelines using tools like Primavera/Revit or project management software.
• Prepare initial estimates, track project expenditures, manage variation orders (VO), and control financial performance to prevent overruns.
• Oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and monitor planned versus actual progress.
• Ensure all electrical systems (such as LV/HV switchgear, power distribution, and ELV systems) adhere to local building codes, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead the testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical installations, including as-built drawings and operation manual.
• Enforce strict on-site safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and establish contingency plans for site bottlenecks.
• Act as the primary link between clients, main contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
