Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical subcontracting projects from planning to handover.

You will plan, schedule, budget and monitor progress while coordinating with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth execution. You will supervise electrical installation works, review drawings, manage risks, and ensure compliance with Singapore standards and safety regulations through testing and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager in electrical construction or subcontracting.
• Experience in managing electrical installation works and coordinating with main contractors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Understanding of project scheduling, cost control and manpower planning.
• Strong communication, coordination and team management skills.
• Ability to manage site teams, supervisors and workers effectively.
• Knowledge of Singapore electrical standards and safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities.

• Monitor manpower deployment, materials, project costs and resources.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications and technical requirements, and resolve site issues.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays and site constraints.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
• Coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, inspections and project handover.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, relevant Singapore electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Lead and guide site teams, supervisors and workers to achieve project targets.
