Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer to lead electrical construction projects in Singapore. You will oversee plans, schedules, budgets and progress, coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to deliver safe, compliant installations on time.

You will review drawings, manage risks, run meetings and provide leadership, ensuring adherence to electrical standards and HDB requirements across residential projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6–10 years' experience as Project Manager/Engineer in electrical construction.
• At least 1 completed HDB BTO project is required.
• Experience in HDB, residential or building electrical projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Job Requirements:

Good understanding of project scheduling, cost control and manpower planning

Strong communication, coordination and s management skills

Ability to lead site teams, subcontractors and workers effectively

Good knowledge of Singapore electrical standards, safety requirements and regulations

Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities
