Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager/Project Engineer to lead electrical construction initiatives. You will plan, schedule, and regulate budgets while coordinating with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure on-time completion and adherence to safety standards.

• Requires 6–10 years' experience as a Project Manager/Project Engineer in electrical construction
• Experience with HDB BTO projects is REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning
• Proficient in scheduling, cost control and manpower planning

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and overall project progress
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
• Supervise electrical installation works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion
• Monitor manpower, materials, costs, and project resources
• Review drawings, specifications, and resolve site technical issues
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, and site constraints
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and project handover
• Ensure all works comply with HDB requirements, relevant electrical standards, and safety regulations
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team
