GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to monitor and drive overall site progress, design and coordinate electrical works, and participate in regular site meetings with main contractors, consultants, and architects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical engineering with at least 4 years of PM and design & build experience in commercial electrical projects. Attractive opportunities offered in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical engineering.
At least 4 years experience in Project management and Design & Build in Electrical.
Experienced in the electrical trade of Commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure overall site progress is on schedule.
Design, plan, and coordinate site electrical works.
Attend site meetings with Main Contractor, Consultant, & Architect.
Prepare Drawings and Technical Submission documents.
Monitor and review operational costs and be responsible for the project\'s financial performance.
Monitor the project\'s progress within budget and timeline.
Prepare and submit monthly Progress Claims.
Negotiate with Main Contractors on Progress Claim and VO payments.
Manage relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
