Job summary

Sing Wah Enterprise Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based M&E engineering contractor since 1996, is seeking a Project Engineer to support our Electrical project team on diverse industrial, commercial, and government projects.

You will prepare technical documentation, assist site progress reporting, and help ensure project works stay on schedule, with fresh graduates welcome.

Travel to project sites and coordination with contractors/consultants are involved; exposure to AutoCAD/BIM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Electrical or related.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Prior exposure to ACMV systems is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ownership and accountability with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM (Revit MEP) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel between project sites.

About the role

Sing Wah Enterprise Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based M&E engineering contractor established in 1996, undertaking new build, addition & alteration (A&A) retrofitting, and service & maintenance projects across industrial, commercial, residential, government, hospitality and airport sectors. We are looking for a Project Engineer to support our Electrical project team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project team in preparing and submitting technical documentation, including product catalogues/technical data sheets, shop drawings, method statements, and O&M manuals to clients and consultants.

• Prepare regular site progress reports for management.

• Support site documentation and record-keeping for assigned projects.

• Help ensure site works progress on schedule and within the contract scope.

• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site-level issues.

• Participate in testing and commissioning with sub-contractors, main contractors and consultants.

• Assist in client handover and training prior to project completion.

• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Electrical or a related engineering discipline.

• 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Prior exposure to ACMV (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration & Ventilation) systems would be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, consultants and clients.

• A sense of ownership and accountability, able to follow through on assigned site matters with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or BIM (Revit MEP) would be an advantage.

• Willingness to travel between project sites, subject to project needs.
