Job summary

BV ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable electrical project engineer to join our team in Singapore.

You will review engineering design plans, design and construct electrical systems, and liaise with other engineers and clients to ensure quality outcomes and on-time delivery. This role requires a BS in electrical engineering and at least 1 year of project management experience, proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office, and a solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management or similar field.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical drawings, interpret specifications, and determine the electrical requirements of a given project.
• Liaise with engineers and clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor all assigned electrical projects.
• Ensure health and safety codes are obeyed at all times.
• Complete QA on all electrical components and projects, and write up reports.
• Use CAD software to draft designs.
• Analyze and approve various construction and engineering plans.
• Diagnose problems and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ensure deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.
