Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Nitec / Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance, engineering support, or dual electrical-administrative roles.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with AutoCAD or ERP software is an advantage.
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing daily electrical maintenance, installation, and project execution.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, power distribution, and machinery.
• Interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with project engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and Singapore standard codes of practice.
• Prepare, process, and maintain technical documentation, service reports, site inspection logs, and operation manuals.
• Handle procurement and inventory tracking of electrical materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare purchase orders (POs), quotations, delivery orders (DOs), and invoices related to electrical projects.
• Manage site personnel records, claim submissions, permit-to-work (PTW) applications, and safety filings.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies for project requirements and certifications.
• Perform general office administrative duties and support management as assigned.
