Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Site Electrical Coordinator to read and interpret electrical drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, review specifications, and support design calculations on large-scale electrical and M&E projects.

Based at project sites, you will ensure installation works comply with shop drawings and standards, conduct inspections, attend site meetings, and assist planning of schedules while being willing to work a 6-day week.

Qualifications

• Nitec in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 year of UPS-related projects, electrical works or site coordination preferred.
• Experience in project management and site coordination for industrial or commercial projects.
• Understanding of electrical design, load calculations and fault calculations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and single-line diagrams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of electrical works.
• Review contract specifications, drawings and project requirements, and prepare variation orders where required.
• Assist with electrical engineering design, load calculations and fault-level calculations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to UPS installation, testing and commissioning.
• Ensure installation works comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, project specifications and relevant Singapore standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality and progress.
• Attend regular site meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors to discuss and resolve site matters.
• Coordinate with Project, Site and Construction Managers on project progress, manpower and site activities.
• Assist in planning and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain relevant site documentation, technical records and progress reports.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities upon project completion.
