Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical electrical infrastructure within a complex industrial manufacturing environment in Singapore.

You will ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of power distribution systems while driving innovation through digitalisation, predictive maintenance, and smart technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of high, medium and low voltage distribution systems.
• Experience with power system analysis, monitoring, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with electrical safety regulations and engineering best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Industry experience in industrial manufacturing or process plants is advantageous.
