Job summary

Agilent is seeking an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to support quality, yield, reliability, and sustaining activities for complex analytic instruments. You will troubleshoot PCAs, modules, and subsystems, perform root-cause investigations and lead corrective actions across cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on debugging of analog, digital, mixed-signal, RF, and high-voltage circuits, with emphasis on sustaining, NPI, and production test development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electronics engineering, product support or sustaining/manufacturing/testing roles.
• Experience with complex electronic products in manufacturing or NPI environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic issues across PCAs, modules, subsystems, and instruments using schematic analysis, circuit-level debugging, and structured problem solving.
• Perform root cause investigations on manufacturing, qualification, reliability and field failures; drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting of analog, digital, mixed-signal, RF, and high-voltage circuits with appropriate test equipment.
• Provide sustaining engineering support and collaborate with R&D, MSAT, Quality and Operations.
• Support NPI and product changes with qualification plans and risk assessments.
