Job summary

Agilent Technologies Singapore (International) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Electrical/Electronics Engineer to support product quality, manufacturing yield, reliability improvement, and sustaining engineering for complex analytical instruments.

The candidate will troubleshoot electronic assemblies at PCB, module, and system levels, interpreting schematics and performing root cause analysis with R&D, MSAT, Quality, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in electronics engineering, sustaining, or manufacturing.
• Experience with complex electronic products in NPI/manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex electronics across PCAs, modules, and full instruments.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and improve test stations and PCA/module test software.
• Support quality, NPI, and operations with engineering expertise.
• Provide sustaining engineering support across product lifecycle.
