Job summary

Agilent Technologies Inc. in Singapore seeks an hands-on Electrical/Electronics Engineer to support product quality, manufacturing yield, reliability, and sustaining engineering for complex analytical instruments.

The candidate will troubleshoot at component to system levels, interpret schematics, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with R&D, MSAT, Quality and Operations to improve product robustness and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electronics engineering, sustaining, or NPI environments.
• Experience with complex electronic products in manufacturing or NPI is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic issues across PCAs, modules, subsystems, and instruments using schematic analysis and debugging.
• Lead root cause investigations on manufacturing, reliability and field failures; drive corrective actions.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting of analog, digital, mixed-signal, RF, and high-voltage circuits with test equipment.
• Support cross-functional teams (R&D, MSAT, Quality, Operations) with product performance and defect challenges.
• Develop, maintain, and support manufacturing test stations and PCA/module-level test software.
