Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering leader to drive technical design and tender submissions for upcoming Singapore infrastructure projects. You will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team, review designs, and ensure compliance with standards and tender requirements.

The role requires strong cost estimation, market analysis, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record in LTA projects and project leadership within Singapore’s construction

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Relevant experience in LTA projects is required.
• Proven experience in leading and managing an engineering team.
• Strong knowledge of technical design, tendering and cost estimation.
• Familiar with relevant engineering standards, codes and project requirements.
• Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tender deadlines.
• Relevant experience in Singapore infrastructure or construction projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
