ASIA PROJECTS ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Electrical Engineer/Supervisor to lead erection, commissioning and calibration of electrical gear and control systems in our projects. You will supervise teams, coordinate with sub-contractors, and ensure strict adherence to design and safety standards on site.

The role requires experience in electrical equipment like transformers, MV/LV switchgear and UPS, with the ability to read P&ID/SLD and perform site testing.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3/5 years experience for Engineer and Diploma/ ITE in Electrical Engineering with 3/5 years experience for Supervisor positions respectively.
• Erection & Commissioning experience in Electrical Equipment such as Transformer, MV/LV Switchgear, UPS etc.
• Knowledge in site testing works (continuity check, loop check).
• Able to read and understand P&ID, SLD and Control Circuits.
• Able to lead and manage a team of supervisors and sub-contractor.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team to carry out erection, commissioning and calibration of electrical equipment and control systems.
• Monitor and inspect construction to ensure design compliance.
• Oversee electrical & instrument system interfaces with the operational plant and stakeholders.
• Manage a team of supervisors, sub-contractors and vendors.
• Lead investigations and troubleshoot instrument faults with corrective actions.
• Prepare procedures, QA and safety documentation with risk assessment.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to meet internal customer needs.
• Review checklists for inspection and testing plans on electrical and instrument installations.
• Coordinate relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project completion.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To lead the team to carry out erection, commissioning and calibration of Electrical Equipment/Instrument and control equipment/system such as: transformer, MV/LV Switchgear, UPS, Pressure Level Transmitter, DCIS/HMI, etc
• Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents
• Responsible for Electrical & Instrument system interfaces with the operational plant, meeting, and technical clarifications
• Manage a team of supervisor, sub-contractors and vendors
• Lead in the investigation/troubleshoot of instrument fault or failure and provide effective and variable corrective and preventive action.
• Prepare documentation pertaining to procedures, qualities and safety of maintenance work with appropriate Risk Assessment and comply with BCA requirements.
• Work cross functionally to ensure systems, equipment and rooms meet internal customers need.
• Review all relevant checklist for inspection and testing plan on electrical & instrument system installation.
• Coordinate relevant stakeholder to ensure smooth completion of project
