Job summary

3N ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Electrical & Fire Sprinkler Technician to perform installations and site supervision.

You will read SLDs, conduct fault analysis, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while coordinating with site engineers and managers. The role covers electrical and fire sprinkler system execution, documentation, and participation in weekly site progress meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical and fire sprinkler system principles, codes and Singapore standards.
• Ability to work independently and as a team-player.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations with proficiency in control systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct fault analysis and testing on mechanical and electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and supervise work progression to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Read and interpret Single Line Drawings (SLD) accurately and execute installations according to specifications.
• Participate actively in technical, contractual, and weekly site progress meetings to align project goals.
• Prepare ISO documents and shop drawings and submit required materials to support project documentation.
• Monitor and assist with the installation of fire protection system projects.
• Evaluate fire protection system components and materials.
• Develop fire safety plans, procedures and protocols.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and the Site Manager.
