PLS ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Electrical Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance, and testing activities. You will lead a team of technicians and electricians, review drawings, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

You will conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects safely and on schedule. Strong leadership and independent work capability are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum [X] years of relevant supervisory experience in electrical works.
Knowledge of local codes, BCA/MOM regulations, and LEW practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and testing works on-site.
Lead and manage a team of technicians, electricians, and skilled labour to ensure timely completion of projects.
Review electrical drawings, SLDs, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, and provide technical solutions.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare reports, documentation, and assist in project handover.
Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety & Health regulations and company policies.
