The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety practices.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at project sites to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to verify quality and reliability.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to align project progress with timelines and requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and update project documentation accurately and promptly.
