Job summary

SRK ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a capable maintenance professional to manage electrical general installations, LV and ELV systems on ongoing construction sites, including leading a team for preventive and corrective tasks.

You will inspect and test power circuits, carry out routine maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and update servicing records to ensure reliability and safety of the electrical networks at commercial and residential developments.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and servicing of electrical general installations, LV and ELV systems.
• Inspect and test electrical power circuits and ELV equipment.
• Lead maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Plan, schedule and implement projects at construction sites.
• Update maintenance and servicing records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test electrical power circuits and equipment.
• Carry out maintenance on General Electrical installations & systems.
• Troubleshoot and rectify components and equipment in the electrical power system.
• Perform routine functional tests on standby generators.
• Lead maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Plan, schedule, and implement projects related to electrical networks at construction sites.
• Update maintenance and servicing records.
