Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Master's degree or PE certification is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and developing high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
• Manage lifecycle of electrical systems across HV/MV/LV networks and power monitoring systems.
• Drive innovation with SMART power systems, predictive maintenance, and digital tools.
• Coordinate audits, emergency response plans, and vendor engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align electrical projects with site goals, delivering on time and within budget.
• Manage Capital and Operational Cost for the team's scope.
