Job summary

MicronFab10N is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead maintenance and electrical engineering for high, medium, and low voltage systems within the Singapore Fab 10 facility. You will ensure safety, quality, and cost targets while supporting facility infrastructure projects and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in high, medium, and low voltage electrical systems design, maintenance, and operations in semiconductor or facilities-related industry.
• Ability to prioritize, schedule workload, and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; proficiency in English required.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to environmental, safety, health, and quality policies; participate in risk assessments and housekeeping.
• Maintain and commission electrical HV/LV systems up to 230kV, emergency generators, rotary UPS, and power quality equipment.
• Design, verify, and support 230kV protection relay schemes for substations.
• Conduct electrical system and arc-flash studies for existing and expansion projects.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance planning for electrical equipment and systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and address abnormalities to support operations.
