Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Master's degree or PE certification is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and developing high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Manage the lifecycle of electrical systems across HV/MV/LV networks, Power Quality and Integrated Power monitoring systems, ensuring safety, performance and reliability.

• Drive innovation through SMART power systems, predictive maintenance, and digital tools that enhance team efficiency and system resilience.

• Coordinate audits, emergency response plans, and vendor engagements while ensuring compliance with relevant safety and engineering standards.

• Work cross-functionally to align electrical infrastructure projects with broader site goals, delivering results on schedule and within budget.

• Manage Capital and Operational Cost for the team's scope.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; Master's Degree or PE certifications are a strong advantage.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering, including 3+ years in a managerial role. Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards. Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous.
