TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineering Manager (Primary Systems) in Singapore to lead HV/MV projects from inception to completion. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electrical Engineering and proven HV/MV project experience, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills for fast-paced infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing HV/MV primary systems projects.
• Knowledge of substations, switchgear, transformers, protection, and power distribution networks.
• Experience in project planning, cost control, and contract management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with local regulations, safety requirements, and utility standards is advantageous.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering HV/MV primary system projects while ensuring compliance with technical, safety, quality, and commercial requirements. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
