Job summary

VRL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to manage site operations and oversee M&E design and installation to ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and client requirements.

You will provide technical support, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for cost-effective execution, perform site inspections, and prepare reports and method statements to document progress and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing site operations for civil/M&E projects.
• Ability to coordinate M&E design and installation with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with BOQ, BQ and cost estimation processes.

Responsibilities

• Calculate BOQ and invite subcontractors for cost estimation.
• Source quotations and specifications to support procurement decisions.
• Collect BQ data and arrange cost comparisons for budgets.
• Attend meetings to align progress and resolve issues.
• Perform site inspections to verify compliance with drawings and specs.
• Prepare reports and method statements documenting status and procedures.
• Supervise daily site installation to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate drawings updates with clients and main contractors.
• Draft M&E shop drawings, layouts, and single line diagrams.
• Provide technical support to project managers and engineers throughout all stages.
