Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine control systems with motion controllers, robots, PLCs, HMIs, and servo drives.
• Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Program and configure control systems to meet project requirements.
• Source control components based on project specifications.
• Execute control system setup, including IO configuration, servo/step drive setup, and axis tuning.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot control systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to integrate control systems into machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing and maintenance teams.
• Participate in project planning, including cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to integrate control systems into larger machinery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:
