Job summary

PH Hydraulics & Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a skilled control systems engineer to design and deliver complete electrical design packages and robust control solutions that meet customer specifications.

You will develop schematics, cable routing, panel layouts, BOMs, and procurement plans, and you will implement HMI and PLC programs while performing on-site testing and commissioning locally and overseas, ensuring project documentation is current and accurate.

Qualifications

• Degree in Control & Instrumentation, Electrical, IT Engineering, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).

Responsibilities

• Produce complete control solutions and electrical design packages per customer specifications and standardized design practices.
• Develop detailed electrical design packages including schematics, cable routing diagrams, panel layouts, bills of materials, and material procurement plans.
• Design and implement HMI and PLC programs customized to meet specific customer and project requirements.
• Conduct on-site testing and commissioning activities both locally and overseas to ensure system functionality and compliance.
• Manage document control and project monitoring processes to track progress and resolve technical and functional issues promptly.
