Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an M&E BIM drafter to produce shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM models using Revit, and to manage Revit MEP project files for electrical and plumbing systems.

You will update and coordinate BIM models across disciplines, perform clash checks, deliver accurate drawings on time, and assist the Project Manager with ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as an M&E BIM drafter in Singapore construction.
• HDB or condominium project drafting experience will be an advantage.
• Proficient in BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and models.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
• MEP drafting experience in electrical, plumbing or sanitary systems is required.
