Job summary

Hong Dat Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to develop accurate 3D models for electrical systems in HDB and condominium projects. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating clashes, producing shop and as-built drawings, updating models through design, construction, and handover, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, BIM, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, preferably for HDB/condominium projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, layouts and schematics.

• Coordinate and resolve clashes with multidisciplinary teams.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and produce accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems in HDB and condominium projects.
