Job summary

Fuku in Singapore is seeking an Electrical BIM Modeller to prepare and develop BIM models and drawings for residential projects, using Revit and AutoCAD, with close BIM coordination with architectural, structural and M&E teams.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services, hands-on HDB/Condo experience, and a strong understanding of electrical systems and coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM or related discipline.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of Electrical systems and M&E coordination.
• Hands-on Electrical BIM Modeller experience in Singapore HDB or Condominium residential projects.

Salary Range:

• $3500-$5000
