Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a BIM Modeller (Electrical / M&E) to join our Kent Ridge team. Responsibilities include preparing installation details, shop drawings, and laying out electrical systems using Revit and AutoCAD.

The role requires collaboration with customers and project stakeholders to ensure accurate BIM coordination. The position offers a permanent, on-site work arrangement with a 5.25-day week and a salary up to SGD 4,800.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Able to read and visualise electrical drawings.
• Experience creating 2D/3D electrical views from BIM models.
• Strong coordination with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare installation details, shop drawings, layouts and submission lists.
• Design, create and modify electrical circuits and cable containment routing.
• Create lighting fixtures, lighting switch, distribution board families and component libraries.
• Prepare riser, electrical, LAN and M&E room layout details.
• Attend site coordination meetings with customers and project stakeholders.
• Perform clash detection reports and resolve clashes with project engineers and customers.
• Verify BIM models to ensure proper design coordination and adequate maintenance space.
• Prepare visualisation and walkthroughs for critical or congested areas when required.
• Support CSD and room book coordination.
• Generate bills of quantities for required materials when necessary.
• Support other BIM modelling and coordination tasks required by the main contractor, consultant or client.

• Location: Kent Ridge (4-minute walk from Kent Ridge MRT)


• Working hours: 5.25 days work week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, alternate Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm


• Gross salary up to $4800 (Basic up to $4500 + Mobile Allowance + Transport Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus + Labour Day Appreciation + Annual Company Trip
