Job summary

NGEE CHENG ELECTRIC COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED in Singapore is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to prepare installation details, shop drawings and submission lists.

You will design, create and modify electrical circuits, cable containment routing and lighting fixtures, and generate BIM-based 2D/3D views using REVIT and AutoCAD. You will attend site coordination meetings with customers and perform clash checks to ensure constructible layouts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Able to read and visualize electrical systems and equipment drawings.
• Able to create and modify electrical circuits based on the specification.
• Able to create 2D and 3D electrical views from BIM Model.

Responsibilities

• Prepare installation details, shop drawings and submission lists.
• Design, create and modify electrical circuits, cable containment routing, lighting fixtures.
• Create risers / electrical / LAN / M&E Room layouts and details.
• Attend site coordination meetings with customers/clients.
• Perform clash report and resolve the clashes with Project Engineer/Customer.
• Verify and validate design with zero clash and adequate maintenance space.
• Prepare visualization and walkthroughs for critical areas when necessary.
• CSD and Roombook coordination.
• Generate bills of quantity for materials required.
• Execute other tasks from Main Contractor/Consultant/Client as needed.

• Create risers / electrical / LAN / M&E Room etc, layout detail
• Attend site coordination meeting with customers / clients
• Perform clash report and solving the clasher with Project Engineer/Customer
• Verify and validate Design with zero clasher and adequate maintenance space
• Prepare visualization and walk through critical/Congested areas if necessary
• CSD and Roombook Coordination
• Generate bills of quantity for material required when necessary
• Any other required task from Main Contractor / Consultant / Client

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• For Singaporean/PR only
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD
