in Singapore is seeking an energetic Accounts & Sales professional to assist the Head of Sales in formulating and implementing strategies to grow market share in the Electrical Product sector, including PVC cables, wiring devices, and cable support systems. You will strengthen relationships with Key Account clients, identify client needs, conduct market research, present and negotiate with clients, and coordinate with internal teams on project management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related working experience in accounts management and sales.
• Experience with electrical contractors in Commercial, Industrial, Institution and Healthcare sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Presentation and public speaking skills required.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Sales to formulate and implement sales strategies to grow market share in Electrical Product sector (PVC cables, electrical circuit, wiring devices, and cable support system).
• Provide support in strengthening relationships with Key Account clients through periodic business reviews.
• Identify clients' needs by specifications and exploring opportunities with existing or new accounts by liaising with electrical contractors, M&E consultants, IDs.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on market sentiments, projects and opportunities to maintain a strong project pipeline.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations and closing of sales with clients.
• Attend on-site/off-site meetings with clients and resolve issues as required.
• Provide after-sales services to clients (accounts settlement, fulfilment of orders, delivery service performance).
• Collaborate with internal teams on project management; foster a collaborative environment.
• Other ad-hoc activities: support festive sales as needed.
