Job summary

KING FOREST LANDSCAPE & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to supervise and coordinate installation, maintenance and repair works on-site in Singapore.

The role involves planning daily activities, allocating manpower, guiding technicians, and ensuring safety and quality across electrical and control-system projects. Strong reading of electrical drawings and fault-finding skills are required to deliver on projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical and electronic installation, maintenance and repair works.
• Plan daily activities, allocate manpower and monitor work progress to meet project deadlines.
• Lead technicians in troubleshooting electrical, electronic and control-system faults.
• Inspect installations, wiring, control panels, equipment and systems to ensure quality and proper operation.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics and technical specifications.
• Conduct testing, inspection and commissioning of electrical and electronic systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare maintenance, inspection, testing and work-progress reports.
• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and junior staff.
• Investigate equipment breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Monitor materials, tools, equipment and spare parts required for installation and repair works.

Prepare maintenance, inspection, testing and work-progress reports.

Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and junior staff.

Investigate equipment breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Recommend preventive maintenance and improvement measures to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Monitor the quality, productivity and performance of the technical team.

Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for completed works.

Support project planning, site inspections, maintenance programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
