Job summary

TECHNIHUB IEA SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. requires an experienced supervisor to oversee electrical installation works, coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with design drawings and local regulations. You will prepare testing documents and provide regular progress updates to management.

The role demands a deep knowledge of LV/HV cables, timely planning of manpower and materials, and the ability to work overtime to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of work experience in the construction industry.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Relevant trainings and certificates.
• Able to commit to overtime based on project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise electrical installations by contractors and sub-contractors.
• Communicate with workers and subcontractors per design drawings, specifications, method statements, and local codes.
• Prepare testing documents requested by Project Manager/Engineer for the required scope of works.
• Provide daily progress updates on project/operation to management.
• Plan and prepare manpower and materials at least one month in advance per schedule and tasks.
• Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures for LV/HV cables and electrical systems.

• Coordinate and supervise Electrical Installations work like Cabling & trunking/ conduit work, and installing electrical devices done by contractors and sub-contractors.
• Communicate with workers and subcontractors' works according to design drawings, specifications, method statements,s, and local codes and regulations.
• Preparing all testing documents requested by the Project Manager/Engineer for the required scope of works
• Daily Update of Project / Operation Progress to the Management
• Knowledge in detail of Scope of Work, Specifications, Design Basic and project schedule
• Plan and prepare a minimum of One month in advance Manpower, Material as per the given schedule and task.
• Have knowledge of Testing And Commissioning Procedures For LV/HV Cables And Electrical Systems

Experiences / Qualifications

• Minimum 15 Yrs of Work Experience in the Construction Industry.
• Able to work under Tight Deadlines.
• Relevant trainings and certificates
• Able to commit to OT based on project deadlines
