SWP Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive QEHS Officer to ensure the project complies with the QEHS Management System and to issue PPE on site. You will conduct safety audits, inspections, and follow-up actions, advise staff, and liaise with auditors and MOM to keep safety standards high.

The role requires coordinating with the Project Manager and Safety Manager, organizing campaigns and training, and promoting a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in EHS or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EHS) or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with QEHS Management System on site.
• Issuance of PPE to workers at site.
• Conduct safety audits and prepare reports.
• Advise site staff on safety matters and follow-up actions.
• Act as secretary of Workplace Safety and Health Committee.
• Liaise with auditors and Ministry of Manpower on safety issues.
• Inspect site facilities and equipment for safe operation.
