Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a WSHO/ECO to assist the Project Manager in EHS planning, ensure ISO/EHS compliance, and liaise with authorities. You will conduct site audits, manage incident reports, and collaborate with the project team and subcontractors to maintain a safe, regulatory-compliant environment.

The role emphasizes proactive risk prevention to avoid stop-work orders and penalties, with responsibility for monitoring EHS performance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must hold certified WSHO/ECO/ECMO.
• Knowledge of EHS ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating with authorities and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist and advise the Project Manager in EHS planning for the project and activities.
• Review ISO standards, EHS requirements, and subcontractor agreements.
• Liaise with authorities and maintain compliant documentation.
• Conduct regular site audits and take necessary actions with PM approval.
• Manage and document all accident and incident reports promptly.
• Collaborate with project team and subcontractors to maintain a safe environment.
• Prevent fines/Demerit points/stop-work orders from MOM, NEA, HDB.
