Job summary

GREENMARK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Workplace Safety Health Coordinator to ensure all site activities comply with the WSH Act and to assist in implementing the EHS management system. Immediate start date and team-oriented environment.

The role requires 2+ years of LTA experience, valid WSH certifications, and proactive training delivery to workers and subcontractors. You will conduct inspections, manage records, and support audits while maintaining high safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• WSQ Advance certificate in WSH with valid Refresher certificate.
• WAH assessor certificate.
• Risk management course.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in LTA.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system.
• Ensure all site activities comply with applicable legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
• Functions as the Site EHS Assessor in the verification of hazardous works.
• Conduct EHS induction courses for new employees and contractors.
• Ensure that Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures are briefed to workers and sub-contractors.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Prepare monthly WSH reports, Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submission in accordance with Main Contractor requirements.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/ checklists.
• Participate and facilitate Internal/External audits.
• Investigate and report WSH incidents & near misses.
• Conduct WSH and other related training.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.
