Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator for construction sites in Singapore. The role focuses on implementing the WSH Act, ensuring compliance, conducting daily site inspections, and managing EHS records.

You will prepare monthly WSH reports, lead risk assessments, train workers, and support internal/external audits, reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

WSQ advanced certificate in WSH with valid refresher certificate.
WAH assessor certificate.
Risk management course.
Minimum 2 years' experience in construction.
Team player with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system.
Ensure all site activities comply with applicable legal requirements.
Carry out daily WSH inspections (machinery, equipment, plant, installation).
Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
Prepare monthly WSH reports, risk assessments, SWPs, and permits to work.
Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS management system and legal requirements.
Maintain and monitor EHS records/checklists.
Participate in internal/external audits.
Investigate and report WSH incidents and near misses.
Conduct WSH and related trainings.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
