GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is hiring a Workplace Safety Health Coordinator for an LTA project in Singapore.

The role focuses on ensuring all site activities meet WSH Act requirements, assisting in implementing the EHS management system, and performing daily inspections of machinery, equipment, and installation. The position requires WSQ advanced certificate in WSH with refresher, WAH assessor certificate, and a risk management course, plus at least 2 years of LTA project exposure.

Qualifications

• WSQ advanced certificate in WSH with valid refresher
• WAH assessor certificate
• Risk management course

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act and company policy
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system
• Ensure all site activities comply with applicable legal requirements
• Conduct daily WSH inspections of machinery, equipment, plant and installations
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures
• Prepare monthly WSH reports, risk assessments and permit-to-work submissions
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS management system
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/checklists
• Participate in internal/external audits
• Investigate and report WSH incidents and near-misses
• Conduct WSH and related trainings
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Project Manager/Management
