DBEST (SINGAPORE) FACILITY TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety cum Fire Safety Manager for a newly constructed factory in the Tuas area.

The role leads EHS compliance activities, ensures adherence to Singapore regulations, and serves as the Fire Safety Manager for the new facility. The position requires 5+ years in electronic manufacturing, a qualified Fire Safety Manager, and MOM WSH registration (3+ years preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an electronic manufacturing environment.
• Qualified Fire Safety Manager (Mandatory).
• WSH Officer with MOM registration (3 years) preferred.
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Science/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee EHS compliance per Singapore regulations and policies.
• Develop and monitor EHS management systems and risk assessments.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
• Support in implementing the in-house environmental policy.
• Oversee on-site security and defects rectification during defects liability.
