Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in EHS or related environments.
• WSOH registration with MOM.
• FSM certification and SCDF compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support site leadership in implementing EHS plans, legal compliance activities, training programs, inspections, audits and investigations.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, facilities and support functions to identify hazards and implement controls.
• Establish, review and sustain standard work for EHS processes for consistency and audit readiness.
• Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, ergonomic evaluations and audits across operations.
• Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Track closure of corrective actions from audits, inspections and regulatory requirements.
