Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. in Tuas is seeking an EHS Executive to oversee day-to-day EHS/WSH matters at our chemical/process plant. You will drive safety inspections and corrective actions to maintain a compliant workplace.

The role requires relevant EHS/WSH experience and an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health, with responsibilities spanning incident investigations, training, and coordinating the Emergency Response Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or chemical/process plant environments.
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
• Knowledge of WSH legislation, RM, ISO 45001/14001, SCDF and NEA requirements.
• MHS course or Hazardous Substances management would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day EHS/WSH matters across the process plant.
• Conduct safety inspections and follow up corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS management systems and RM & SWP.
• Lead incident investigations and CAPA.
• Provide EHS training and safety awareness programmes.
• Coordinate Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities.
• Monitor compliance with WSH, SCDF, NEA, ISO 45001/14001.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers and authorities on EHS matters.

EHS Executive
Chemical Plant / Process Plant
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Tuas
Basic Salary: $4000 - $4200

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day EHS and WSH matters across the process plant, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
• Conduct regular plant walkabouts, safety inspections and hazard identification, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Implement and maintain EHS management systems, Risk Management (RM) plans and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
• Conduct incident investigations, identify root causes and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct EHS training, toolbox meetings and safety awareness programme to promote a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate and supervise the Emergency Response Team (ERT), including fire-fighting, first aid and emergency evacuation preparedness.
• Monitor compliance with WSH, SCDF, NEA, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with internal departments, customers and relevant authorities on EHS matters, including supporting site visits and documentation.

Requirements:

• Relevant EHS/WSH experience in a manufacturing or chemical/process plant environment.
• Possess Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
• Knowledge of WSH legislation, Risk Management, ISO 45001/14001, SCDF and NEA requirements
• Management of Hazardous Substance (MHS) course
