Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited is seeking an EHS Coordinator cum ECO to support workplace safety, health and environmental compliance across project worksites. You will conduct site inspections, coordinate with teams and authorities, and maintain documentation to ensure effective safety and environmental control.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline; an Engineering background is an advantage.
• Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B).
• Valid NEA Environmental Control Officer registration.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and environmental requirements.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, underground utilities or road projects is advantageous.
• Familiar with PTW, Risk Assessments, SWP and site EHS inspections.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Forms and digital reporting tools.
• Proactive, safety-conscious, detail-oriented and independent.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support the WSHO, Safety Manager and project team in implementing EHS requirements in compliance with legislation and site procedures.
• Conduct daily site safety and environmental inspections; identify unsafe conditions and coordinate corrective actions.
• Perform ECO duties per NEA requirements including inspections, monitoring, reporting and corrective actions.
• Monitor environmental control measures: housekeeping, waste management, noise and air control, drainage and facilities.
• Prepare and submit SECR and other environmental reports; maintain inspection records.
• Assist in preparing RA, SWP, toolbox talks, awareness programmes and permit-to-work requirements.
• Monitor compliance with site safety rules and PPE usage; coordinate high-risk activities.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and environmental awareness briefings for workers and subcontractors.
• Maintain WSH and environmental documentation: risk assessments, procedures, checklists, permits, incident records.
• Coordinate with SPPG, clients, authorities on inspections, audits and follow-up actions.
• Promptly report incidents, near-misses, hazards; assist investigations and close corrective actions.
• Support internal audits, CONSASS inspections and regulatory inspections; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Be available beyond regular hours to support investigations and corrective actions.
• Perform other duties within scope and competency as assigned by WSHO or Management.
