Job summary

HYPERSCAL SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an EHS Coordinator cum Environmental Control Officer to support safety, health and environmental compliance across projects in Singapore.

You will assist with daily site inspections, risk assessments and permit-to-work processes, coordinating with project teams and authorities. The role involves environmental monitoring, reporting, and ensuring adherence to NEA, PUB and SPPG requirements, with a focus on corrective actions and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline with WSH knowledge.
• Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B and NEA ECO registration preferred.
• Proven experience supporting safety, health and environmental compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Support WSHO and project team in implementing EHS requirements per legislation and contracts.
• Conduct daily safety and environmental inspections and coordinate corrective actions.
• Perform ECO duties including inspections, monitoring and reporting per NEA requirements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental controls: waste, dust, noise, water pollution and facilities.
• Prepare SECRs and other environmental reports; maintain inspection records.
• Assist in risk assessments, safe work procedures and toolbox talks; permit-to-work.
• Monitor PPE use, high-risk activities, and coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors.
• Deliver safety and environmental briefings to workers and subcontractors.
