Job summary

NCS in Singapore is seeking a Tech Lead to steer the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients. You will fuse hands-on coding with leadership, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure AI systems.

You will develop models in Python, deploy on Azure and other clouds, integrate video analytics, and champion DevOps practices across AI projects while mentoring junior engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of hands-on experience in AI development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI and cloud services.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with video analytics and AI-based video processing.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices within AI or data projects.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional (CAIP) preferred.

As a Tech Lead, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, supporting enterprise AI initiatives and transformations. • Ensure compliance with technical standards, security policies, and project guidelines
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends
• Contribute to strategic thinking and continuous improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate should possess:

Experience & Skills

• More than 4 years of hands-on experience in AI development and implementation
• Strong proficiency in Python programming

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with video analytics and AI‑based video processing

• Excellent analytical, strategic, and solution‑oriented thinking

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional (CAIP)

Education
