Job summary

NCS is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and launch of AI-powered products. You will work at the intersection of research, engineering, design, and business to turn cutting‑edge AI capabilities into user‑centric experiences.

You will guide products from concept through prototyping, execution, launch, and ongoing iteration, translating advanced AI/ML tech into real-world applications in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall product management experience.
• Proven track record of bringing AI/ML products to market.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, research, legal, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong technical foundation in software development, machine learning, or engineering.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, understands how to translate advanced AI/ML technologies into real-world applications, and excels at working cross‑functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define AI product opportunities by exploring user needs, market gaps, and emerging research trends within ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Collaborate closely with research and engineering teams to translate AI breakthroughs into intuitive, user‑centric product features.
• Drive the full product lifecycle: from ideation, prototyping, and technical scoping to launch, iteration, and long‑term roadmap planning.
• Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
• Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities by aligning product requirements with technical constraints, model performance, and strategic partner needs.
• Develop clear narratives and positioning to articulate the value and differentiation of AI-driven solutions for both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Champion responsible AI practices to ensure that product decisions align with ethical standards and user trust principles.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of bringing AI/ML products from concept to market.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, research, legal, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver successful products.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong technical foundation in software development, machine learning, or engineering, with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams.
• Ability to map emerging AI models and research advancements to practical, scalable product opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling product narratives for both internal teams and external partners.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Telco products
• Experience in business process reengineering, organisational transformation a plus.
