Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd invites applications for a Product Operations Specialist supporting TechBuddy launches for MOE initiatives in Singapore. This fixed-term role focuses on operational readiness, governance and cross‑functional collaboration with schools, service desks, vendors and MOE stakeholders.

You will own playbooks, runbooks and dashboards to ensure reliable delivery, track health metrics, and translate user feedback into process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product operations, digital product delivery, service operations or a related role in a tech environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of launches, operational processes or ongoing support for a digital product or service.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations; proficient with spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Experience with agile product delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change or service management practices is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own operational readiness for pilots and feature launches across schools, including readiness criteria and go-live checklists.
• Coordinate dependencies across product, engineering, UX, school operations and vendors.
• Plan user onboarding and change activities for educator adoption with minimal disruption.
• Run post-launch reviews and translate lessons into improved playbooks and controls.
• Design and maintain support models, runbooks and escalation paths.
• Monitor issues, trigger incident responses and ensure timely resolution.
