Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Product Operations Specialist to enable reliable delivery of TechBuddy by connecting the product team with schools, service desks, local admins and MOE stakeholders. You will own operational playbooks, launch readiness, and governance routines to ensure smooth pilots and known issues are addressed early.

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional experience in product operations, digital product delivery, service operations, business analysis, project management or a related role in a technology environment.
Demonstrated ownership of launches, operational processes or ongoing support for a digital product or service.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn product, operational and user data into clear recommendations; working proficiency with spreadsheets and dashboarding tools.
Experience with agile product delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent.
Practical understanding of incident, problem, change or service management; ITIL certification advantageous but not required.
Experience designing SOPs, playbooks, metrics, feedback loops and cross-functional operating cadences.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Product Launch and Change Readiness: plan pilots, launches and rollout readiness with stakeholders.
Coordinate dependencies across product, engineering, UX, and operations teams.
Plan user onboarding and change activities for educators with minimal disruption.
Run post-launch reviews and translate lessons into improved playbooks.
Support Operations and Service Reliability: design runbooks, triage paths and escalation matrices.
Monitor health, SLAs, incidents and coordinate response with accountable teams.
Drive problem-management reviews and ensure root causes are tracked to closure.
Maintain accurate operational docs for consistent guidance.
Voice of User, Insights and Product Improvement: establish feedback loops and dashboards.
Synthesize data into actionable insights for prioritisation and improvements.
Collaborate with Product Management and UX to close the loop with users.
Operational Excellence and Governance: create reusable playbooks, governance routines and cadences.
